There’s stuff on the walls, à la Applebee’s. And, yes, this is a chain restaurant with locations as far spread as Plano, Texas. But should that discount the fact that this is a great place to grab a quick, filling, sit-down Italian lunch?

The establishment functions well as a midday retreat for the working folks of downtown Akron. And with unlimited soup or salad with every entrée ($6-9), you’re sure to satiate that empty Airdock of yours.

Oh, and the company’s website is “meatballs.com” – reason enough to patron the restaurant.
